July Ride London A closed road Sportive celebrating the legacy for cycling created by the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Prudential Ride London starts in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, follows a 100 mile route on closed roads through the capital and into Surrey’s stunning countryside and then heads back to London to the finish on The Mall. 100 miles
September Velo Birmingham On Sunday September 24 2017 in the heart of Birmingham, 15,000 cyclists will line up to start their unforgettable 100 mile route on completely closed roads, taking them through the picturesque Worcestershire and Herefordshire countryside before returning to Birmingham 100 miles

May Fred Whitton Challenge The ride is a real challenge and everyone who completes it has a true sense of achievement. Dubbed as Britain’s premier cycle sportive, it’s a 112 mile ride around the Lake District. The very top riders complete the route in just under six hours but eleven hours and over are not uncommon for the average Sportive rider. This is a very tough route and going on rider feedback the hardest one day ride in the UK, the event includes all the Lakeland passes, one with a 30% gradient and this comes at 98 miles. 112 miles

May The CFC Sportive Cyclists Fighting Cancer. A two lap route around Stratford upon Avon in Warwickshire. 150 miles
June Coast to Coast A stunning 150 mile road ride from the mountainous Western Lake District, through the Yorkshire Dales, across the flat Vale of York and finally the Northern Valleys of the North York Moors, finishing by the sea in Whitby.  150 miles
June Dragon Ride One of the most iconic sportives in the UK. Selected as the perfect representation of the world’s most famous cycle event, and will offer the same inspiring le Tour de France riding experience to UK cyclists. 143 or 190 miles
June The Monster The new Ultimate Monster route which has a massive 6500 metres of climbing has been designed to take the fittest, toughest riders to their limits. Starting from the town of Llandovery just after dawn and near the longest day of the year riders will need every minute of daylight to complete the ultimate feat of endurance. 186 miles
June Cycle Together Sandringham An epic 150 mile Round Norfolk route in 12 hours to challenge the toughest of riders. The 150 mile route will start and finish at Park House, and will take you along the North Norfolk coast and back via The Broads with designated food and drink stops at Salthouse, Horsey, Reepham and Walsingham. This ride is for experienced cyclists and is only for over 18’s.  150 miles
June Marmotte Grandfondo Hochkonig Enjoy a wonderful cycling vacation in the hospitable and beautiful Salzburgerland. With a start and finish in Mülbach at the bottom of the Hochkönig, the highest mountain of the Berchtesgadner Alps is just an hour away from Salzburg. 104 miles
July Marmotte Grandfondo Alpes Participants of the Look Marmotte Granfondo Alps have often spent hours and hours on their bike training to be able to finish on the legendary Alpe d’Huez, whilst conquering 21 hairpins bends. It demands courage, dedication and determination to even attempt this challenge across Glandon, Télégraphe, Galibier and Alpe d’Huez. 108 miles
July Trafalgar Way Defiance Starting at Pendennis Point, Falmouth the route closely follows the route of 1805. Riders heads towards Truro, skirt the Dartmoor National Park and onto Exeter. From here riders then head towards the only stretch of road renamed ‘The Trafalgar Way’ in Axminster, pass the Jurassic coastline and the Hardy Monument before finishing in the cathedral city of Salisbury. 220 miles
July Trafalgar Way Thunderer Starting at Exeter University the ride includes the Jurassic coastline (a World Heritage Site), past the Hardy Monument and then the cathedral city of Salisbury. From here the ride heads towards and into the City of Westminster finishing with a ride along Whitehall to the Admiralty. 195 miles
July Trafalgar Way Solo Colossus Solo Colossus is a 24 hour individual challenge starting at Pendennis Point, Falmouth and finishing in London. The route follows the route of Britannia, Conqueror and Victory combined. 307 miles
July (or anytime) South Downs Way Off-Road Take on one of the toughest mountain bike rides in the UK. Follow the beautiful South Downs Way National Trail and put your physical and mental endurance levels to the test in this memorable off-road ride event. 100 miles off road
August Norfolk Sportive Bigger than ever with an all new route option. Say hello to our new 150 mile route making this the longest Sportive in Norfolk! Starting early at 6am to ensure you get back by tea time (ish). This is going to be a great challenge. 150 miles
August Ride 24 – Newcastle to London Central London – 315 miles due south and just 24 hours! It’s over the Tyne past the Angel of the North and on to the Yorkshire Hills. Through York down to the Humber – then historic Lincoln and the welcome flat lands of the East beyond.  The sun dips – night time arrives as we pass sleepy villages and speed through quiet countryside. Dawn breaks – the Capital’s skyline is soon in sight – as the finish approaches the clock seems to stand still – 24 hours? 315 miles
August Marmotte Granfondo Pyrenees The Look Marmotte Granfondo Pyrénées has everything of a Look Marmotte! A long distance route, difficult ascent, hors catégories passes (Tourmalet pass, Hautacam) and breathtaking sceneries. After a successful first edition, the Look Marmotte Granfondo Pyrénées is already shining on the international plan, and it won’t need a long time to become famous like its Alpine big sister. 104 miles
September Manchester to London Ride 220 miles through the heart of England in one of the most demanding and rewarding events of the year, raising money for Ambitious about Autism along the way. 220 miles
Various Audax How about trying an Audax? A road cycling event in which participants must navigate a route within a specified period of time. A bit like a Sportive, but without support… no feed stations, no mechanical support and no route signs. Standard distances are 100, 200, 300, 400 and 600 kilometres. 124, 186, 249 or 373 miles

4 days Ride Across Scotland This is for those without enough time to complete the full course this year, but who are looking for rugged mountains, deserted coastlines and some of the quietest roads you will find anywhere. Taking in the far North of Scotland passing glorious Lochs, over majestic Glen Coe and down to the borders this has something new for even the most seasoned cyclist. 5 days Ride Across England Five days of exceptional riding exploring little known back routes through to legendary climbs and descents like Shap in the Lakes, Cheddar Gorge and the stunning scenery of the Westcountry moorland. Most riders who complete this section of the ride come back wondering why they always head off abroad for beautiful scenery when they are within a matter of hours from some of the best cycling in the world. 526 miles September
