I’m gradually putting everything together to make this the site that you want.

My plans have been largely dictated by the survey results… I’m pleased to say that the Events Listing, Challenges and Rider Contributions pages are now up and running.

But what else?  I’m busy constructing the rest of the site, this is what’s coming soon…

Section Purpose
Nutrition This section will provide advice about fuelling before, during and after your rides.
Training Plans Whether your a beginner or a regular rider, this section will include training plans to prepare you for your first century.
Gym Workouts Legs, upper body and core… this section will contain detail about training these areas and specific exercises for you to do in the gym.
